Covid-19 Special- VIrtual Consults are available on a HIPAA secure platform. You will get an email with information to connect at a scheduled time. A square invoice will be emailed to you. You will get an email with a superbill receipt for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
30-minute consults are $30
60-minute consults are $60
Initial consult (usually 1.5-2 hours) is $135 and includes 1 week of phone and email follow up related to initial consult.
Follow up consults are typically shorter and cost $90.
Prenatal consultations/preparing for breastfeeding prior to birth (1 hour) $75 .
Returning to work, pumping consult (usually 1 hour) $75
Because I am willing to travel to you I may have to charge a travel fee of $25, in additional to consult fee. Travel fee applies to areas greater than 30 miles from my home/Randleman
Payment is due in full at time of consult. I accept cash, check, and credit cards. Home visits are HSA/FSA eligible expenses. I do not currently file insurance for you. You will get a bill to submit for reimbursement. You may want to call your insurance company to discuss your benefits prior to scheduling.
